A few families from our soccer team decided to stay here for the weekend. It was under a 20 minute drive to Westfield Fields. The weather didn’t cooperate when we arrived to the fields so we did request an earlier check in and they were able to comply. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely do it again.
Great house with lots of room. This was good for children to have room to move around. Walking distance to downtown, great restaurants and bars.We had wonderful time there and will return, Happy New Year!!!
Rented this house for the wedding of our son at Mill Top in Noblesville. It was the perfect location with easy access to downtown and the wedding venue.
This is our second stay at this local. It is great for visiting friends that live in Fishers. The property is in a super convenient location for visit Noblesville. The house is great for kids and adults
Stayed with a group of students for FFA National Convention. It was a bit far to travel for downtown events, but the layout of the house was great for co-ed sleeping arrangements, and the house has great gathering places to play cards, cook, or watch a movie together. Neighborhood was safe, and street parking was always easily available.

Great Stay
We enjoyed out stay at this beautiful home. Although we were gone most of the time for a family event, we came back to feeling like we were at our own home. Lots of room and even had a office space area which I needed to use for work.
We will be back!!
My family of 8 stayed for the weekend attending the Taylor Swift concert and a family reunion.
The price was unbeatable compared to other increased prices due to the concert for the weekend.
The house is not stocked well with everyday essentials including toilet paper and hand soap -and laundry soap. We were glad for plenty of hot water and clean bathrooms. Carpet could use replacing. The beds upstairs were not very comfortable. There were plenty of linens, towels and dishes. We enjoyed the age of the home and it is very roomy with a big kitchen and dining room.Owner responded quickly to our questions during the stay. We felt safe in the area.

Nice Indy 500 weekend
Due to bringing a large group with us this year we had outgrown the ability to stay with relatives in town so we found this house and it was a great decision to stay here. Close walk to downtown Noblesville that has a cute older downtown area with shops and places to eat and drink. Be sure to have a cold one at Syds Bar that has been there forever. The house had four bedrooms with a large kitchen and living area. Second floor had a separate living area with TV so we could spread out as needed. AC and heat worked fine. Communication with the home reps was awesome. Thanks and see you again next May we hope!
Nice roomy place, but cleaning & beds & downstairs tub needs attention. Beds were uncomfortable.
Beds were uncomfortable, downstairs bathroom tub was peeling, fan in closet was broke, couldn't find washer pods for washing machine. House was big which was a plus with 7 kids. I tried to reach you day we were to check out..no response back. Due to weather day we arrived everyone was few hours late due to road conditions. Who ever cleans the place needs to do better job. Layout was nice. Couch in living room was most comfortable than other furniture. We had family traveling from Michigan to meet us traveling from Southern Illinois , which was half way so we could see our family we hadn't seen since middle of October.
The home is so eccentric and eclectic it's amazing! Beautiful and spatial. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Parking is on the street, which was ok due to the lack of traffic. The only issue with this home is that the kitchen is very poorly equipped. Only a couple of very worn out and poor quality pans to cook with. It's impossible to cook any sort of 3-4 course meal. It was disappointing for our group that revels in making large, multi-course meals. That said, I will definitely stay at this home again....and probably bring some cookware.
We stayed at this property with my mother. We were in town for DCI finals at Lucas Oil, which was about 30 minutes away. We have family in Noblesville, and this house was very close to them. The neighborhood is an older area. The house was clean but very basic. Be prepared to bring your own hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and soap for showers. No surfaces are available in the downstairs bathroom to place your makeup or toiletries on, which makes getting ready inconvenient. The bedroom downstairs has the worst mattress I have ever attempted to sleep on in my life. I ended up with pain in three places in my back and a migraine. The beds upstairs are all new and comfortable, so if you rent this house, bypass the downstairs and just stay upstairs. Overall, my husband loved this property and I would say it’s just ok.
The house was so spacious, well stocked kitchen, beds were AMAZING, wonderful kids park just a short walk away and downtown Noblesville did not disappoint!! . Older plumbing and hard water caused issues that were not addressed during our stay, but overall wonderful location and property. Would recommend and would stay there again!
We have been renting this house the last few years when we go visit some friends who live in the area. The house is a great size for a handful of small families. I love how you can walk down to downtown Noblesville for food and drink. It is easy access to Rouff Music venue. Great place and we look forward to staying again!
Loved the space and the walkable accessibility to Noblesville attractions.. Easy Check-in and very responsive hosts. Not a lot of outdoor seating but that's OK - it was Winter! - And more summer = more walking to the many venues in Noblesville. Centrally located to get to Fishers, Noblesville Generally, Carmel, etc.
This old house had great bones...plenty of charm and character. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here, especially given that it was just a short walk to Old Town Noblesville, where we enjoyed walking and shopping in all the local businesses (especially the antique stores)!
The home was larger inside than it appeared on the outside. Lots of space for everyone. Nice kitchen. Very cozy.
The owners were kind enough to extend our checkout on Sunday morning. This was made the end of the trip much more relaxing and convenient.
We have friends in Fishers that we like to visit, but with kids we have had to find a new place to stay. The house was plenty big for everyone, close enough to downtown Noblesville that we could walk down and get coffee in the morning
Traveled to attend a wedding in nearby Fishers. Process of booking was smooth and the owner responded promptly. Older neat home in really charming older section of equally charming Noblesville.

Wonderful stay
We were in town for a wedding, this house was 2 blocks from venue and had so much room. Loved our visit,
We were in town for our daughter’s wedding at Mill Top. It was a short 2 minute walk and perfect for going to the rehearsal and the wedding without needing to move your car The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos and has a lot of character. Lots of space to spread out and for the kids to play inside Everyone commented that their bed was super comfortable and how well they slept, something you don’t often find with a rental house. Didn’t have time to go into the little town but lots of shops and places to get a bite and relax. Would be a nice getaway for a group of friends or family to spend time together.
Beautiful home and accessible to so many shops and restaurants. Wonderful family memories were made. Suggestions… add few more pots and pans for cooking big meals, maybe even a griddle and some front porch furniture.
Thank you kindly for sharing your home!
