When we checked in and opened the door to the hotel room, we turned on the lights and saw all the roaches scatter away. There was roach poop droppings on the bed and the whole room was dirty with hair laying everywhere. The fire alarm was off, the batteries were missing. Front desk was not answering their phones. We ended up checking out and sleeping in our car. This place is horrible, unsanitary and disgusting. Expedia was able to refund a portion. I love Expedia but absolutely hate this hotel. It needs to be shut down.

The curtain, & furnitures were dusty. Basic amenities such as phone, breakfast were not offered. Defective TV, no electrical connections & unsafe aircon power button that is peeling off were noted. Although the male staff was quite helful & made some effort to address my concerns, Overall, renovation or upgrade on its facilities might improve overal guests’ expereince.

Horrible! i could never stay there again unsafe area to begin with. I got there and immediately wanted to cancel but realized that wasn't an option. the refrigerator didn't work and although the staff member was attentive I ultimately had to remove my fridge out and retrieve a fridge from another room I scraped my hand on the wall in doing so the air and heater worked well but smelled bad the window had no screen and a very easily passable lock I ended up bringing some stuff in my car when I left for work for fear of theft I could definitely go on but I'm complaining about a place I actually chose blindly without researching although the room was cheap through Expedia the old saying is true you get what you pay for

Horrible experience. Tons of long black hairs on the bed and in the shower. I complained and they changed my room. Then there was no remote for the tv. They brought me 2 remotes, 1 for the channel changing and 1 for the volume. Also the freight trains go all night so needless to say no sleep. The staff was super rude. Do not stay here!!!
