Nicer than the pictures show

The house was bigger than it looked in pictures. We enjoyed the large kitchen and dining area. The only critique is that the blender had not been taken apart to wash after the latent used it and the chia seeds stuck in the bottom of the blender had begun to grow. It was simple to clean and I can understand why it might have been overlooked by cleaning crew. We did have to contact the property management because the oven was giving an error code, but it was an easy fix and was probably due to the fact that we were cooking for Thanksgiving and had had the oven going for 8 hours by that point. The pool was nice, the hot tub was fantastic, and beds comfortable.

Really beautiful home!!!

The house was really beautiful and clean, exactly as the pictures. The pool was awesome and really clean. Communication was excellent. We had such a wonderful time and of course will book again for or next trip. Thank you!!!

Not as expected

First off we were not able to check-in until 20 pass the original check-in time. Ice maker in fridge does not work 1 of the arcades does not work. Had a technician spend 1 hour fixing a broken leg on a bed. Gardeners and pool cleaners showed up early and did not feel private or comfortable as we were all in the same space.
