Simon Saved Our Christmas

This property was sold just a week before we arrived. However the new owner agreed to keep our reservation and make our family Christmas a very special one. He installed new furniture, appliances, dishes, beds and outdoor furniture to fill the empty house. We had an amazing week and great communication with the owner. We highly recommend this well situated property in the Coachella Valley.

Great house, newly furnished, attentive owner

We stayed in this great 5 bed house for a lacrosse tournament. The location was ideal for the polo fields. We were the second guests since the new owner. Simon was responsive and helpful and we communicated via text. The check in/out process couldn’t have been easier. There is a code on the door and we were told we didn’t need to strip the beds or take our trash when we left - super easy. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool due to the time of year, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working, which was disappointing, although Simon tried to help with texts and instructions and said he would be more familiar with it for future guests. The house is well equipped and all the new furniture was lovely. The house was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
