THE SPACE

This modern, open-concept property boasts five bedrooms and three baths and showcases a sprawling wrap-around pool area, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. THE PROPERTY:
Every amenity for your comfort and pleasure has been meticulously considered—featuring a spa, a saltwater pool with inviting seating areas, a sunning shelf, and tranquil water features, all with an expansive view of the lake embraced by majestic mountains. Relax by the water near the sunken fire pit, surrounded by comfortable club loungers and luxury surroundings, or practice your putting skills on the 4-hole putting green.

For continued outdoor enjoyment, ignite the BBQ and enjoy a shared meal, or gather around the sunken fire pit and watch a movie by the pool.

The house offers the opportunity to watch the sunrise and sunset over the mountains, which is remarkable.

The primary bedroom on the second floor is generously sized and boasts a private balcony—an idyllic spot to savor a morning cup of coffee while basking in the sun's rays over the tranquil lake and mountains. Pool heating can be arranged for an extra fee of $100/day.

The City of Indio's quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM on Friday and Saturday and from 9 PM until 7 AM on weekdays. Outdoor music is prohibited during quiet hours, and violations may result in a $1,000 fine per offense, which is the guests' responsibility. This home has an occupancy limit of 12 guests which includes adults and children. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property without the host's approval.

PARKING
Two parking spaces are available; renters should park only in the driveway. If you have three cars, we can safelist a vehicle for street parking based on availability. Please confirm with your host before your arrival. There is also street parking outside of the community. Per HOA rules, no RVs/Trailers or vehicles with commercial/business logs/emblems are permitted in the community. There is no overnight street parking allowed without HOA and host authorization. Vehicles will be ticketed at the guest's own expense.

POOL TECHNICIAN / GARDENER-
There are quick visits by the gardener and the pool technician on Tuesday and Friday mornings for regular maintenance.

GOLF -
The Golf Club at Terra Lago is attached to the community. It presents 36 challenging holes with dramatic elevation changes, stunning views, and a challenging island green par 3 featured in the Skins Games. The view from 7th tee box is considered one of the best in the valley, from there you have a complete panoramic view from one end of the Coachella Valley to the other. Eagle Falls Golf Course is only a 6-minute drive. Golf Cart can be rented for $25/day. Tee time is reasonable with availability and fees, yet you will play in one of the top courses.

CASINO:
Fantasy Springs is 1.9 miles from the villa and is less than a 5-minute drive away. Grab a bite to eat with multiple restaurants, watch a show, bowl (late-night laser bowling included), or try your luck in a slot, poker, or another table game. Spotlight Casino is only a 7-minute drive, with an authentic brewery on site.

SHOPPING:
Cabazon outlets, which sell discounted designer-label goods, are 35 minutes away. Happy Point in La Quinta is 7.8 miles, 15 minutes away, and has plenty of restaurants and all kinds of stores. El Paseo high-end shopping is only 13 minutes away.

SPA:
Only 6 minutes from the villa, you can visit Indio Spa at WorldMark Indio or check out Miramonte at India Wells, which is 15 minutes away.

JOSHUA TREE/IDYLLWILD/BIG BEAR;
Take an extended trip and take advantage of the prime location that this property is at. Within an hour, you can be in Joshua Tree, visiting one of the most visited/popular natural parks in California. Within the other way, you can be snowshoeing in Idyllwild, sipping in excellent wineries in Temecula, or taking a 2-hour plus drive. You can be at many beaches or ski/snowboarding slopes that are in such proximity to here. Stay in the warm weather in the desert, but take advantage and visit surrounding areas.
