“Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,……

“Firstly no bottled water in room was told that they could fill a container of water for us but we said that would be water from tap they said yes as we explained we don’t drink tap water. Next was noise from other guests, this is not the owners fault but a rule saying the premises would be locked at a certain time would benefit guests staying at property instead we had other guests entering the property slamming every door they went through at half past midnight then to have one occupant start……

“Really nice stay on a very unique and historical boat. Clean and well kept. Owners obviously love the place! ”

“Dirty carpet and bathroom. Window frame in poor condition, window wouldn't stay open and dangerously slams shut. Staff not particularly welcoming on arrival.”

“Convenient for the Coastal Path, with Coop and Pub nearby. A good place to stay for a night. Dinning area is useful, but limited cooking options.”

“A beautiful property in a great location. Our host was friendly, responsive and communication throughout was excellent. I would highly recommend this property.”

“Le informazioni per il check-in sono arrivate un po’ in ritardo e ho dovuto insistere, ma dopo il gestore si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Camera sotto una mansarda per cui un po’ calda ma fornita di tre letti, un armadio, un tavolino e il bagno esterno, pulita. Lontano dal centro di Londra ma ben servita dai mezzi pubblici”
