「Worst place with the worst attitude manager. Stayed here before we flew the next day. Spa wasn't open as work was going on. That was fine, however I ran a bath and the water was brown with lots of dirt in. Ran the shower. Exactly the same. Went to reception to be told nothing they could so.
Requested a refund as this was unacceptable to be put in a room with no working water.
Got £50 pound back. I wasn't happy with this so spoke to the manager the next morning who was very defensive and said...
