“Hotel is in a good location and staff were efficient courteous. Public areas far too warm. Single rooms rather tired and in need of refurbishment. Other rooms spacious and well equipped but rooms overlooking street noisy. Also, rooms too warm and needed to open window to cool as no way to change temperature in room. Breakfast very good, but PLEASE get rid of musak. There is no need and peace and quiet much preferred. I booked 4 rooms for a party of four and I'm responding on behalf of all of us.”

“The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we……
