"Our room was clean, but they didn't have coffee, shampoo, conditioner. No fridge, ice, nothing. Our room shook from the dryers downstairs. very noisy. Heard everything outside. "

"As other reviews stated, nothing is provided in these rooms except bedding, 4 towels, and toilet paper. Although there is a kitchen with plenty of storage, you must bring everything you need including pots, pans, plates, utensils... I brought everything and found cooking to be very easy and cost effective. Nice fridge and microwave (no oven). Laundry is convienent and there were 6 washers and dryers. No room service unless you call for it after a week. You empty your own trash to the bin in the parking lot. Beds were very comfortable. Think of this as camping with a really nice room!"

"Because I booked through you I was denied my Hilton points. Also, I had asked for a room with golf course views and I got a view of the roof of the hotel entrance. They said the hotel was full but there was no one at the bar, the pool or the restaurant all day long."
