"Clean, great parking and good location"

"To be perfectly honest, I hate Motel 6. They just happen to be the cheapest...and for a single traveler just needing a place to stay for the night, it works. But they are awful. This one...the one in Georgetown...is one of the nicer Motel 6s I've been to. That isn't saying much...but, it'll do. That's about as nice as I can get."

"It was all great except for the tripping hazard between the room and the bathroom. Instead of the usual angled strip, it was a quarter inch squared off strip. It was an excellent way to trip senior citizens. Breakfast was good."

In a really cool part of the historic district of Georgetown, literally five minutes to absolutely everything could ever need.Communication with the host was tremendous if our travels would take us back through that area we would 100% stay there again. 10 out of 10."

"The property was welcoming to pets and the host was very easy to communicate with. It was conveniently located to downtown Georgetown and in a pleasant neighborhood. Everything was clean and well prepared. The only thing we didn’t like was how uncomfortable the bed was. The air conditioner was blowing right over the bed on the wall the bed was against and we couldn’t sleep well. "

"The house was nice but lacked some kitchen and bathroom basics. Street parking is the only available parking and there is no coffee maker, only a Keurig."

"The house was in a quiet older type neighborhood and was good value relative to the cost. 3 nice size bedrooms and comfortable cute kitchen stocked with all the supplies you need. Using the garage for parking was a plus as well. The downside was cars parks all over the streets as other reviews have mentioned and some cleanliness issues like old coffee left in the coffee maker, stains on the couch and the biggest issue was the yard was overgrown. We booked this location due to the fact it was pet friendly. Just make sure to ensure the yard is going to be groomed before arriving. Rain was mentioned as an excuse but the weeds and overgrowth weren’t just a missed mowing issue as they were 2-3 feet high. "
