Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. "Wir kamen 22:30 Uhr an. Der Check In hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Wir sind erst 12:00 Uhr abgereist. Da gab es auch keine Probleme. Vor dem Haus kann nicht geparkt werden. Es ist direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Tagesticket kostet 7,90€. Für Gebäck ausladen kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. "The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "The apartment is perfect for two - three adults and is a great "base" for local hiking in Switzerland and Austria. The drive time to Santis in Switzerland was 60-90 minutes and there are other local trails that were enjoyable. We did not engage in activities on the lake, but did walk pathway on the edge and it was nicely maintained with many local restaurant options. I recommend the place as it was close to the city, alpine hiking, clean, and good amenities in the kitchen."

"Ja, es ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn die Raumhöhe teilweise nur 1,90 m beträgt und mann sich auchmal bücken muss. Aber das tat der Freude und Entspannung keinen Abruch. Einmalig die Bergwelt und ihr Panorama. Zu empfehlen ist ein Spaziergang zum Rellseck für einen Sonnenaufgang. "Die 5 Tage Mellau (Osterferien) in der schönen und sauberen Wohnung von Karoline waren super! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, bekamen viele Tipps. Das I-Tüpfelchen war, dass wir obwohl auf der mellauer Seite schon alles grün war, in Damüls doch noch skifahren konnten. Ein super Skigebiet für Familien. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)"

"Lovely hotel, room, setting. Clean and spacious room. Although bad part was booking a table for a meal. After speaking to what looked like the bar manager he says 7pm so we had a drink at the bar to wait. He suggested nibbles which we had and got charged over the top for them 7pm came and went and we enquired if our table was ready at 7.20pm. he shrugged us off and ignored us after this so we ended up leaving at 7.45 to find a restaurant elsewhere. Rude man."
