"This little flat is in a beautiful central neighbourhood, the Saturday food market is a street away. Brilliant location, clean, warm and everything you need. One of the bedrooms is internal and only has a window onto the stairs but if you don’t mind that it’s great. . The price was so reasonable that this was a minor inconvenience. Get the pay by phone app if you need to park, it tells you if the bays are resident only it if you can park. We easily found bays down the side of the park one street...

"Logement idéalement situé en plein centre ville, sans pour autant subir les nuisances exterieures car l'appartement est dans une rue peu passagère. Décoration simple mais agréable dans une grande pièce de vie. Toutefois, petit souci d'insonorisation avec l'appartement situé juste au-dessus où les déplacements des locataires se faisaient vraiment ressentir. "The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures, it is light, well located, well decorated. There are some small repairs that need to be done in the kitchen cabinet (I found a litle bit dangerous to open the plates drawer, it can all fall if you are not carefull) and in one of the toilets, the shower was broken. But all in all, the apartment is very nice and cosy to stay."

"The property is gorgeous.It looks just like the photos,the beds are very comfortable & there is SO much space.We loved Rouen,and the location is phenomenal-right in the centre of everything;boulangeries & cafes everywhere.There is a small grocery store a block away that had everything we needed.We were able to park our car about 200m away at the Place de Vieux Marche parking garage,very accessible.As others have mentioned,it is pretty noisy as there are 3 clubs across the street on either...
