Wonderful stay

My friend and I had a great stay for two nights. The apartment is extremely well located, and the private parking is a plus. Beds are comfortable, the apartment is very clean, and it’s quiet.

Calme, bien situé et équipé

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre historique de Rouen, juste à côté du Square Verdrel et de l’Office de Tourisme donc très pratique pour les touristes. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et calme. Cependant, il est difficile d’ouvrir et de fermer la porte d’entrée avec la clé… de même pour le verrou des toilettes. Lors de notre arrivée, il n’y avait plus de boîte à clés pour ouvrir le portail et garer la voiture dans la cour de l’immeuble. Nous avons dû aller à l’agence qui était encore ouverte et proche du logement par chance. Nous n’avions pas eu l’information comme quoi la ville avait retiré toutes les boites à clés et que nous avions besoin d’un badge pour ouvrir. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un séjour agréable. La location est l’atout principal de ce logement puisqu’il est situé près de tous les endroits touristiques de la ville et des boutiques.

ArchiDuchesse, une grosse arnaque .

Fuyez !!!! L’appartement était dans un état de propreté pitoyable, je n’ai jamais vu un endroit aussi sale de ma vie , les wc portaient les traces des derniers voyageurs, les verres sales collaient dans les placards, le sol était recouvert de poils , cheveux , minons , les lits faits à la va-vite…. La conciergerie avec qui je suis rentrée en contact immédiatement après notre arrivée s’est tout juste excusée . Je plains le propriétaire qui a donné son appartement à la conciergerie ArchiDuchesse, qui visiblement ne fait pas son travail.
