"Really good hotel with an excellent room just on the 1st floor. The night manager was particularly helpful to us providing us with room service as the bar was closed before 11pm. Disappointing for us was that there was no shuttle bus available up to the main hotel where we were dining. Staff were very friendly"

"Hopefully I’ll be back in early spring with the family. I loved the fact that check in was 2:pm which gives you more time to enjoy the hotel. The hotel is a little isolated but not a million miles from nowhere, so having a vehicle is important to explore the area. I wished I had stayed longer."

"Check in with Gwenno was great. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Ordered room service.. sadly the creme catalan was like scrambled egg... Explained this on check out.. "will let the chef know" Charged twice for the room but quickly corrected. Parking is cheaper here than at ICC - left my car there and walked over.."

"Really impressed with my stay at the hotel. Emma was excellent with our check in and going the extra mile delivering excellent customer service. The food from the bar at lunch time and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend to other people. "
