While the space feels historic, it’s elevated by creative, curated décor—including a charming winter-themed village along the walls that made the whole place feel like a Hallmark movie. “The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again……

“The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding to my requests. The room I had was above average, but many of the electrical outlets were not working, nor was the room phone. Stayed an extra night before leaving and found the pool/hot tub building closed much earlier than what was posted.”

“Safe and clean, although dated. It was very difficult to get the shower to a safe, comfortable temp, but with some patience, it can be done. The hot tub/spa area is seasonal, which was not advertised. Quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious.”
