Large ground floor apartment in nature. In the Introbio area between the center and the bike path, ideal apartment for stays surrounded by nature and relaxation. The apartment is on the ground floor of a house with a private and fenced courtyard where you can park your car. You enter from the terrace for exclusive use, equipped with an umbrella and table to enjoy the view of the mountains. The living room at the entrance is large and houses the sofa area and the dining area. The living room leads to the well-equipped kitchen, and to the sleeping area, which houses two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In one bedroom there is a double bed and can accommodate a baby bed; the second bedroom has two single beds. There is everything you need even for a medium-term stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee machine, pots and complete dishes.

Strong points of the apartment: generous size, terrace with mountain views, private parking space, comfort and quality of the finishes, proximity to the lively center of Introbio and the possibility of moving without the need for a car.

Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax.

Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
