"Will definitely be back in here! Great service and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is the best! Complimentary service are convenient and practical. I really like the way they set up their service. You can get all the extra stuff you need during your stay. August is hot and humid season, this hotel will give you not just your comfort inside but also outside. "We came for the Billie concert and this hotel was perfect . a 10/10 recommendation for literally anyone. There's a co-working space, kids drawing/toys area, a "welcome" drink station, ice cream, amenities station(e.g. toothbrush/wipes/etc), breakfast, tourist info for the area, slippers for the room and hotel, and even umbrellas for rent. "Fantastic access for Billie EIlish's HMHAS tour at Saitama Super Arena.
With a 7-Eleven & Lawson right across the public square, ticket collection was super easy and the train station is literally next door.
The room was perfect for a short concert stay, and the breakfast buffet was great."
"Located at the far end of Adachi city, a couple of steps to Saitama prefecture and the Kenai river, and about a 10 min walk from Yatsuka station in Saitama. If you brisk walk, you could probably get to the station in about 7-8 mins. Hotel reception was warm and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!"
