"The receptionist was very kind, and helpful. We were able to buy detergent at the front, and wash our clothes easily. The room was compact, and had a small desk to use if needed. They have a wall of recommended restaurants in the area which is very helpful. Overall the experience was great."

"I really liked this place! It was hard to find in the beginning but ended up working out. I met cool people and I wish I were in Japan longer! It’s a really good location! Right next to a temple and there are A LOT of food, clothing, and souvenir shops!"

"The room was in a very good condition and everything was at all time clean. The staff was very friendly and I loved the location of the hostel, plus there is a great coffee shop nearby and many 24h supermarkets. It is okay for that price but I have never had worse sleep in a hostel than in this one. It is not about the hostel, it is about the people who sleep there and are extremely reckless when they get in the room at night. "

"古民家といえば聞こえは良いですが、古い建物ですね。私ともうお一人くらいしかお泊りになっておらず、大変静かで心地よかったです。 ベッドのお部屋でしたが、とてもかたくて実家を思い出しました。 全てが懐かしい感じで私はゆっくりのんびりぐっすりできましたが、お若い方は落ち着かないかも。 廊下とは襖１枚でしか遮られていないので、他に人がいると丸聞こえです。 収容人数の割にシャワーは２つ、いずれにしてもタイミングを選ぶ宿だなと思いました。 空いている時はとてもいいと思います。"
