"The Hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly and accommodating. But the housekeeping I think needs a little bit of improvement, for example the bathroom’s tub is a little bit greasy, but overall everything is good."

"Excellent hotel. Close to the station, restaurants and convenience stores across the street or surrounding the stations. The breakfast restaurant had a vast variety and so even though we stayed 5 nights we didn’t tire of the food. A major plus is that the airport bus stops at the hotel. There are signs that the hotel is not new. But nothing major. One thing would be to have more electrical outlets near the beds and on the desk. Make sure to get a Skytree view room. Seeing the Skytree day or night always made me happy."
