"Great location, very nice place"

"I stayed in this condo for two weeks while extending my usual February visit to the area and had a very good experience.The location is excellent and very convenient to many nearby restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, which made getting around the area easy throughout my stay.The unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything in good working order. Clara was exceptional as a host — possibly the most responsive host I’ve encountered on VRBO. Any message I sent was answered almost immediately, which made the stay especially easy and stress-free.The condo itself is efficiently sized with a compact layout. The kitchen is more apartment-sized than full-sized (e.g., the refrigerator is smaller and does not have an ice maker), and the shower stall is somewhat tight. The master bedroom does not currently have a dresser, although the second bedroom does.Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and especially appreciated Clara’s attentiveness as a host."

"Beautiful little getaway. We didn't use any of the stuff in the kitchen except to make coffee a day or two. We literally only used the cottage to sleep at night, as we ventured all day exploring Florida. Host was extremely kind and quick to reply to any questions. With a better mattress, we would have given all 5's across the board. Location was also great!"

"The location of Kelly St and McGregor Boulevard is central to so many fun places to go- Estero at night, Bunche Beach, Sanibel Causeway beaches, Cape Coral. A Walmart and a Publix, a Target and a popular ice cream shop are also really close. I could walk safely on every street and side street - a very quiet and clean neighborhood.The home has everything needed - lovely big screen TV, great back yard for sunning and reading."

"The home was very uncomfortable. Mostly because of the hardness of the floors and all of the steps. Several doors would not unlock or work. Other than that the home was great. "

"The house was lovely. We enjoyed the lanai and comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We saw Styx in concert at Hertz arena, Yankee/Twins baseball game, enjoyed the beautiful and fun Fort Myers beach, mini golfed, danced at Mango Rita’s. Salty Papas Shrimp is right near the house and was delicious. "
