“We came late and left early but the room smelled nice and was tidy. Beds were comfy.”

“Very nice accomedations. Helpful and caring staff. Fantastic Waterpark area. Sweet to obtain a room on the floor next to Waterpark pool. Really appreciated every bit of our stay.”

“The rate was very good But it was an extremely load room with a LOT of banging next door and load hallway argiments! All ice machines were broken and breakfast was poor!”

“The hotel is not up to the mark. They didnt clean our room not once during the 3 night stay we had. They said they only have 1 cleaning staff crew out for the whole hotel rooms of 40 or more. They asked me to dispose the trash which is sorta fine but didnt address other concerns. Poor experience. With kids, it was so difficult. I wont recommend for those planning with kids and family.”

“We had a suite, which was nice. The door was dirty, the room was good but the bed wasn't super comfortable. The door to get to the little deck around, the seal was gone and didn't really close. The restaurants were good. Loved the bar. We had an amazing bartender, Aspen. She was the highlight of the stay. The pool was DIRTY. Its almost like they dont have a bottom cleaner. The build up on the bottom of the pools deterred us from even using the pool. Overall, we wouldn't to back. But if we go……

“We arrived at 10pm and had to leave by 5 am but the staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and send us off with a little pre-breakfast snack bag :)”

“The resort is ideally located. Short walk to casino, museum and restaurants. The river walk was great Had a good dinner at Tony Roma's and enjoyed the music on the terrace. Swimming pool was closed and there were small kids allowed in the hot tub. Breakfast was so-so....no muffins or rolls? Need two pancake machines....”
