「Did not know what to expect upon arrival but was pleased to find our own little apartment in this very modern building … loved the kitchen and availability of the in unit laundry. Only complaint I could say is no hair dryer (4 girls) and one night there was an alarm prompting evacuation in the middle of the morning but all in all had a very enjoyable experience 」

「I stayed overnight with a friend is this cabin. Everything was super cute right down to the sign at the drive entrance showing you how far you were from certain places… including the Beer Barn! Highly recommend. 」

「Our family had such a great time at this Urbandale home! The location made it easy to get to downtown Des Moines and but the neighborhood was peaceful. The game room was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults, too!)—we spent hours playing together. The kitchen was well stocked, which made meal times simple, and the bathrooms had everything we needed and were v@clean. It really felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches. 」

「We were at the apartment for a very short time but it was great. Clean, nicely furnished and many amenities. The parking situation is not great but if you follow the directions, it’s fine. I would definitely stay again!」

「This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf. 」

「Everything about this property was perfect for our annual girls trip - and everyone is already asking when we will return! Spent both nights enjoying the views and a fire, the pool/hot tub, and got competitive in a few rounds of pickle ball and ping pong. Thanks for hosting us!」
