「Hot tub was not heating and did not get hot until an hour before they close the pool area. Found food left from a previous guest in our room. Strange smell in hallway. And there was mold on the wall in the bathroom in our room.」

「I stayed for three nights. Was here for work I’m a nurse. I asked on check in what time was check out they said 11 am. I asked if they had a late check out ( I work overnight) they said noon. I came this morning and checked in with the attendant to ensure I had late check out. I put the do not disturb sign on and went to sleep. 「It was a great stay. The staff was very helpful when we needed them. Traveled here with our baseball team and the boys really enjoyed themselves!」

「If you have a weak stomach from smells do not stay there. The room was clean. The stool didn’t work. The smell in the office and hallway was terrible. I even used Lysol spray and that couldn’t cut it. 」

「Rooms need a good cleaning. Walls need a coat of paint and hardware needs to be fixed. Our bathrooms electrical plugs did not work so therefore no blow dryer. The rugs are so dirty that your socks are black from walking on them. The doors safety latch was broken off. This motel is in bad need of a good cleaning and updating.」

「Main elevator was down the whole 4 days of our stay. Door lock on room needed to be replaced as card keys didn't work. No housekeeping was done for the 3 days we were there & ran out of towels/ toilet paper. When trying to call front desk after 2 rings a recording says front desk not available call back later. Very frustrating」
