“Everything was excellent the room was clean, breakfast delicious. I would differently come back and recommend it to others.”

“The motel was easy to get to and in quiet location. The room was quiet, although we did hear some heavy footsteps from the room above, The room and bathroom was very clean. The only disappointment was the breakfast' although there was more hot breakfast items then I expected from such a low price room. The orange juice was mostly water, however the apple juice was good. “Booked this hotel due to hot tub advertised. Upon check-in, the hot tub was completely covered up, non running. Discussed with booking company, was told front desk would let us check out in 10 minutes. Front desk allowed us to leave but took days of back and forth for them to release our money! An absolute joke! Would NEVER recommend due to false advertising, dishonest staff. No thanks!”

“The room and resort are ok. We had 4 people but they would only give 2 passes to the water park. We just wanted to sit by the pool! Ridiculous for what they charge. There is not house cleaning and people are supposed to leave their trash outside the room which makes the hallway stink. The lady at check in was rude but the other staff were nice. “Ac unit was not working and when the unit would start its cool cycle it sounded like a semi jake brake. Was told the rooms were all full so couldn’t switch to a different room. 80 degrees and humid all night no sleep.”

“This wasn't my favourite budget hotel. There was a funky smell in our room when we first went in. (We didn't ask to change rooms, as we were tired and didn't want the hassle. I am sure they would have accommodated our needs. So I cannot really complain now, because I didn't ask to have the problem rectified at the time). Luckily, the window opened, but it was on the ground floor, so we weren't comfortable sleeping with the window open; it would have been nice to air out the room. The bed……
