“The room was spacious but was showing a bit of wear. There was a pretzel on the floor when we got there so I'm not sure how well they cleaned. Some carpet damage and spots in the shower. The service left a lot to be desired. The tv tilted to the side because it was not attached well to the table. I called and front desk said maintenance would fix it but they never came. They said we would have cleaning service on Saturday but the never showed up. Breakfast was decent except the eggs. I……

“I booked this stay at the last minute because of a family emergency when I say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was awesome. The food was great and freshly cooked. The hotel room was so clean. The amenities was awesome. I was able to get a piece of mind and relax doing my stay. I'll recommend this hotel to all people that visit Columbia and it's looking for a great hotel that's clean safe and great for their family to stay at.”

“The property staff was no help. Manager was never there to speak with about issues we had. TVs didn't work. Remote had no batteries. Overall terrible experience and no one cared to fix simple issues.”

“You have to pay to use the utensils, you have to take your own trash out, elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2022, staff isn’t available after 10. ”

“Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. ”

“The hotel was really nice ---- very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast, and the hotel adjoins a lovely lake and walking trail. On the day we were there, the hotel was celebrating Mother Goose Day and was giving out food to feed the ducks and geese at the Lake. A really fun surprise. We will definitely stay there again!”
