"Excellent hotel centrally placed. My only criticism was the breakfast was poor and often the hot food was cold. The room wax excellent and cleaned every day "

"Otelin konumu mükemmel, temizliği çalışanların ilgisi gayet iyi. Aile odasında kaldık büyüklüğü çok iyiydi, yatak çok konforlu odada kahve makinesi mikrodalga fırın mevcut. Musluk suyu içilebiliyor bu nedenle sınırsız su mevcut. Tek olumsuzluk İlk gün tuvalette idrar kokusu vardı, görevlilerden derin temizlik yapmalarını rica ettik, kokunun borulardan kaynaklı olduğunu söylediler ama o gün temzilikten sonra geçti. Tekrar viyanaya gelsek yine burada kalırız"

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff who were very welcoming. Room was clean and had all we needed and more. Really pleased with its location for us to visit our family, close to the main train line and the trams and buses. Will look to stay again when we come back to Vienna."

"Staff were very friendly. Convenient location next to Metro. The room was just ok. It was very warm in the room despite it being cool outside. The A/C did not seem to work. The shower is tiny. Very little storage space for your clothes/belongings so if you like to unpack, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Some minor cleanliness issues - glasses not clean, stains on carpet. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't return for a longer stay."

"Check in was smooth and the room was clean also. However, from the check in to the nearest elevator, there is a 10-15 step stairs. Small lift is only for the wheelchair. This might be little uncomfortable for the ones who has the large luggage’s. Breakfast was simple but fresh and good."
