"great comfortable holiday house, everything felt new inside, plenty of room inc. entertainment spots, big garage space, the kids loved the plunge pool and 'man shed' with pool table, and cracking location only 200m walk to a beautiful beach and skate park. T'was a touch light on practical items to help you cook but otherwise great. Information about arrival and departure procedures was also very clear, however the tone of the third party comms, caveats and rules was a little heavy handed and a bit off putting TBH (inc. the offer for a late check out only to find out this would be for a fee...this felt like a bit of an offensive extra cash grab after we paid a significant amount for the rental). But the house itself was great. "

"The house has great set up and appliances in the kitchen. Bathrooms and toilets were clean and well presented. We did find “general “ cleaning of floors and tv areas were not clean. We washed the upstairs floors on the first day. Also, the house alarm went off when we entered the house. We weren’t aware the alarm system was on. "
