"The location was easily accessible from the freeway, close to the John Wayne Airport and the room provided the peace and quiet needed to sleep. The breakfast included in the price of the room was nice to have. My daughter and I only stayed for one night. We liked the fact that we were able to get everything done within the hotel before checking-out to attend a wedding. We would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

"The staff was great. The condition in and around the property was great. The room rate was a good value. My only complaint would be the cost for parking. At $42/day, I chose to park elsewhere. Fortunately I had that option. I would have considered a different hotel had I not had that option. "

"Rooms on our floor had a plumbing problem with rooms flooding and guests had to be relocated. They had dehumidifier fans everywhere and one elevator was out of service due to the water situation. This was very inconvenient for us. "

"Window curtains are weird and pressed buttons and could not get them to roll up. Staff very helpful and friendly. Extended breakfast time due to large number of guests."

"From my room You could hear everything from the hall way, in between the walls, and a loud cranking noice allllll day and night coming from the elevator "

"Everything was great from service to cleanliness. There was only one thing i really didn't like. They charge you to use the parking lot even if you are staying at thier hotel. $40 a night to be exact. I stayed at many hotels and this is the only one that has done that."
