“The place is small, but cozy. There is parking in the driveway an on the street. The house seemed to be in safe neighborhood. The house is pretty old, but well maintained. The two bedrooms were adequate and the beds were comfortable. No check out instructions were provided, but the host responded when I asked about them on the day of check out. We did not use the kitchen to cook. The refrigerator worked well and the washer and dryer worked as well. The only one small gripe was there were no……

The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest.
