"Updated pictures should be provided. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. The unit is a basement and we didn't inquire about the stairs. There is no Futon, Ice-maker and the dishwasher does not work. Communication with the host could've been better. From Laguardia Airport it took 2 hours to arrive due to traffic mid-morning on a weekday. But on Sunday it was 40 minutes. "I have stayed at many short term rentals, absolutely horrible! The master bed was broken so my 82 year old dad slept on the floor. No place to sit. We placed all of our things on the other bed and was charged an extra person. The fees were added on later and there is a notice stating it’s illegal to stay in the building. I will be contacting VRBO to recover some fees!!"
