“The manager of the hotel was so annoying. An Indian (Keralite probably), he had loud voice trying to boss every employee around which annoys vacation atmosphere for the guests. ”

Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“Great hotel and staff! We were welcomed by very friendly staff and offered Prosecco and juice upon arrival at reception. The room was clean and very spacious (double room with balcony and hot tub).There was also a complimentary bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket in the room and some sweet treats. We had already made the hotel aware that one of us was coeliac and the head chef met us each morning to take the order for breakfast. This included freshly made omelettes, pancakes with bacon, gluten……
