Love everything about this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the room was clean. The location was close to the shopping center, so it took less than 10 minutes to walk there. Would definitely return on our next trip to Ishigaki.

The hotel service was good. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was okay (just okay). I really liked the availability of bicycle rentals. My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. On my double wide size bed was a single tiny pillow that was more like a small sandbag than a pillow. It was too hard and small making it very difficult to sleep with. I didnโ€™t sleep well because of it. Do yourself a big favor; bring your own pillow to this hotel!
