Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive

"I would rate this resort 3.5 out of 5 stars. We stayed in a beautiful two-story loft with a Jacuzzi tub on the balcony. The tub stopped working after two minutes on our first night but was repaired the next day. Some customer service could be improved, especially in the TRS adults-only section. At the Italian restaurant, we were told a window table was reserved, although no one used it during our meal. This was disappointing because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were supposed to be recognized as VIP guests. There were many positives, including a romantic first dinner, a thoughtful rose-petal “LOVE” arrangement, enjoyable food, and friendly, professional staff. However, we felt the Grand Palladium family buffet offered better quality and variety. Housekeeping missed a few details, such as replenishing coffee and washing an upstairs cup. We also felt pressured by the sales presentation immediately after check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful accommodations and anniversary touches. However, the customer service, housekeeping, food, Jacuzzi, and sales issues kept us from rating the resort higher. Overall rating: 3.5/5 stars."

"Stayed for 6 days. Plunge pool room is very nice. Although, the pools could be cleaned better. The Mexican & Mar are the best dinner spots and flavors is great for breakfast. Lunch is not great anywhere you go except maybe the burger spot near the beach. Steakhouse was alright and we heard so many negative reviews about the hibachi place that we didn’t even go. The beach is very clean and the seaweed was manageable. They have a machine clean it up every morning. Staff is 10/10 and very positive."

"The property is beautiful and has gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea. Our butlers, Angel and Abraham were absolutely lovely and checked in on us daily and expressed concern when I was unwell and offered assistance, they were the highlight of the stay! The housekeeping was excellent (Concepion) and Paulo at the bar by the pool was awesome. Ithiel at the gym was also wonderful and kind and helpful!I also had to use the 24 hour doctor on site and that service was efficient. The Kabuki restaurant had the best food. My only negative would be the food, some of it was not great and I wish there were more options. However that did not dampen the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and another highlight was the plunge pool in our suite. I also found it very quiet which was nice. The majority of the staff were pleasant and friendly. I loved the entertainment options each night."

"Everything about the stay felt seamless, and very different from your usual all inclusive experience. Nothing about this place felt cheap and mass produced, it was very intentionally designed. Something to note - there were a fair amount of kids. Truly is a great place for adults with kids to still have a great experience however if you are not interested in having kids around I’d recommend sticking to an adults only"

"We stayed at the finest from Aug.21-29 And we had an amazing experience Overall i have nothing bad good experience and we really enjoyed our time A family of 4 and lots of stuff to do for the kids wnd whole family The kids loved the kids club, and more so they fell in love with the warm care from the staff at the kids clubs: Salam, Christina, Jaanai and all the care takers i forgot some if their names. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful 10/10"
