“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient. The volleyball area was a huge hit with my kids and provided a lot of fun during our trip. The pool area was nice, but it could definitely benefit from having more shaded seating areas. My biggest complaint was the size of the rooms and bathrooms, which felt very small and cramped for our family. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great location and family-friendly amenities.”

“They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent.”

“This was our second time staying here and was and still is very clean, and maintaining the beautiful resort. Would definitely go back again for sure and staff was helpful when our flight was so late and understood that we was going to be very late checking in.”

I would have rated 5 stars if I hadn’t have issues with the pillows which we found very uncomfortable. I texted to the online service and it took three representatives to finally get two pillows delivered.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”
