“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue.
1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416
The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay.
In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick.
I hope management address this issue for future guests.

“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me……

Went as a solo female traveler and I felt very safe. Food was good and numerous options, beach absolutely stunning! And the room with ocean front balcony was the way to go. Will stay again. Thank you all for the wonderful stay! ”

The check in and out was easy, the instructions are clear.
The resort access is not included in the fee that shows when you booked there was an additional $10 usd per night per person. That should be included in the fee shown in the booking site, so that the client won’t be surprised that there will be an additional fee on top of the booked amount.
There is no food included, but there is an options of an all day pass buffet in the hotel amount to $1500 mxn……
