"Breakfast was a good, dinner choices were nice. Staff at times can seem disinterested and only work better once you start showing tips. Concierge team always trying to sell you stuff. Visually the place is great and has a beautiful ambiance in all settings. Sea area wasn’t cleaned as nicely as I would expect. The sessions like pottery and Mexican dance were great. Coco cafe is also a great feature and the Redevouze bar is beautiful. Suger reef is great has plently of things to do. Would give this place a solid 7/10. Rooms could be cleaner found some lashes from the person before us too. Nothing crazy just overly hyped on social media thats all."

"We enjoyed our rest in the calm and peaceful environment. Clean, cozy, and beautiful property. Excellent service, especially, the concierge on the beach Denise, and Rodrigo from entertainment team. Just a few names but the list, indeed, is much more extensive. The resort staff made our stay pleasurable. Thank you! "

"Stayed here start of May, 2026 with 5 kids. In short for families w kids...well maintained, very clean property. Management must be clean freaks, which is awesome, shows how every night they water/soap scrub tiles around pools, walkways. Public bathrooms clean. Food excellent, for adults/kids. My kids somewhat picky, didn't complain once, so much variety of foods for breakfs, lunch, din. Restarnts, no reservation needed, however they open at 6pm, its 1st come 1st serve, they put you on wait list, and give u round UFO thingamajiggy that lights up when your time is up. If you show up at 8pm, sorry u may be out of luck, which happened to us once. All restrnts have two days off a week, at diff days. One drawback: property needs more bathrooms. If u at restaurant and need to use a bathroom, either hold it in, or walk half mile to the nearest 1. I think there are 4, 5 of them. Double them asap! Heck, single houses have 3, 4. This property is not huge, everything is very walkable, but bathrooms are too far and not enough, especially around restrnts and pools. You have to leave waterpark and walk far to nearest bathroom, which means...u guessed it, which kid wants to leave waterpark to pee? Waterpark is split in two for kids and for anyone who is over 130cm. You have to walk out from one, go around to enter the other section. Kids enjoyed the waterpark. We had lots of weeds on beach. Tractor removes some every morning. Kayaks, boards, vests, free w qr code/waiver."

BUT ALL FOOD WAS VERY BAD. the buffet very poor , recycled food at buffet , same food every day , same pan of bacon , potatoes , veggies , all changed up to look different , and all the restaurants were terrible, pool bars dont open till 10 am , put a big dampner on our trip for 3500.00 dollars SUCKED"
