"I have been going to Puerto Peñasco for 14 years and always stay at Mayan palace, this time I went with more people and decided to look for a house that has the amenities of the Mayan palace and it was near. This home was just what we needed, spacious, beautiful, just what the pictures and description said. I will definitely stay here again if coming in a bigger group. The people in charge was always responding to my question and check in was smooth. Thank you so much "

"The condo was has stunning views, the condo is impeccablely decorated. The restaurants on site are delicous and the has no rocks or coral. The beach is amazing! We will return next year for sure."

"Everything was wonderful. I did feel the water situation was not the best. We lost electricity a few times, but, it was still the best property for our family. We had the best time and the few blips were insignificant. Ricky, the property manager was amazing and was there anytime there was even the slightest issue. It’s wonderful to have a house literally on the beach. Check in and check out were a breeeze"

"We had an amazing time with family. The property is about 20 to 30 minutes south of town so not a far drive, which you will have to do if you dont bring food. It is a very private resort with a private beach. You will also have a "pass" or access to the grand mayan resort which is about a 10 min drive where they have a lazy river and restaurants (i dont recommend restaurants there however lol food was bad). We ended up buying groceries at walmart and grilling by the pools. Which i found out the offer to pick up groceries for you as well! Check-in was pretty easy. Hotels.com phone number provided was out of service so i sent a message and they immediately called me to provide more information on how to get there and what to expect. The Condo itself was super spacious we had 3 master bedrooms, 2 of which had access to the balcony. The a/c worked great and there was plenty of towels for everyone (6 of us) the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you need as well as appliances. The jet hottub in one of the master bathrooms did not work so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall, we would definitely stay again. "

"This was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful location, great amenities, and absolutely wonderful communication and help from Kimberly and Barney from arranging for massages on the veranda to answering any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!"

"House was ok, little far(20 miles) from main city. No direct access to the beach, had to go through empty lot.We were fine with it as our goal was to spend quality time with our friends and family which we did until the power went off(Low power so no AC or dim lights or fans running as well as stove not working). Called owner and they sent some one who did not know how to fix the issue. Asked around other houses and they all had power. Owner offered to give us another house which was 30 min away which we did not accept as we have to pack everything and unpack for a stay which is less then 24hours. We explained the same but owner refused to refund us the money because she offered a alternative place. Others might be ok with alternative option but for our group it was not worth it but definitely a disappointing experience for us as we expected a better service in terms of refund. This is our 11th year visiting Rocky point and we had good experiences with other VRBO's."
