Good location for my business activities, not so good for tourism. Low bed not great for older person. Difficulties arise when things go wrong. Lack of a substantial reception meant recovering lost baggage from airport that much more difficult. Good when things go right, but not the support you need when things go wrong.

For shopping center and accommodation they use just two lifts .. where u gonna waite more then 20-30 mj utes and plus on counter staff ask really personal questions act like very unprofessional.

Good location but apartments are not very clean are also in need of repairs which owners dont want to spend. Big ants on kitchen worktops.

I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor.
