"Beautiful view of the water. We saw dolphins! Excellent running/walking/biking trail nearby. Nicely located to visit St. Michaels and Annapolis. Good restaurants, a brewery, and state park with hiking trails that feed to the bay are minutes away."
"It was an amazing romantic stay! However, there was a wedding on the property during our stay which we were not informed of in advance. There were reports from staff that we would need to exit the pool and outside amenities before the wedding started at 5 pm. This was disappointing given we were not told this until check-in. Overall, great stay! The Bartenders were wonderful! "

"This was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The house was fantastic. The property was quiet with a lot of wildlife. We saw deer, fox, cranes, and many other forms of wildlife. The house had access to a channel of water with kayaks, yet the property was only a mile from stores. We were able to visit Annapolis, Washington DC, and the Atlantic Coast easily. The property owners were absolutely outstanding. We have used VRBO many times all over the country, and this house was at the top in terms of the best all around experience. Thank you John for your attentiveness and hospitality!"
"Kay is a wonderful hostess! She stocked the fridge with water and left a basket of snacks. We have been looking for a place in Stevensville to fit our needs- and this fits almost every detail. The apartment is beautifully decorated and spotless. Thanks for a terrific stay!"

"We have rented multiple family houses for a week at a time in the past. This one exceeded them all in quality, cleanliness and enjoyability. The house and setting were ideal for the 7 of us who made the trip, with easy access to an area which offered plenty to do outside the house. Even with that said, the draw for us was the house which is large, comfortable, well-stocked and ready to enjoy from the first to the last moment there. Responsiveness of the host was really good, helping us navigate through just a couple of small issues in the first couple of days. When we returned home, we discussed this being the first rental at which we would have really enjoyed hanging around for a few more days. Thank you the ESVR for your attention to detail! "
