Has a great time!

Overall we had a really nice time. The location was great. We liked being close to the ocean. The only complaint would be the downstairs bathroom down doesn’t latch when shut.

We had plenty of room Liked the decor and paint choice The children enjoyed the large TV in the living room The only negative would be … please put the bathroom fans and lights on a separate switch ! Great Girls Getaway

Wonderful condo with everything we needed. Bedrooms were large with their own bathrooms which we loved. The living area was perfect for 7 women and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved being so close to the beach. Having the free bikes was wonderful and we bike all over the gated community on the beautiful bike paths. We all agreed we would come back th this lovely area.

Great location

The location was terrific. Very close walk to the beach and the pools. With young children, it was easy to get to the beach, the pool, and nearby food. The check-in process was not as easy as we imagined, since our bucket of information wasn't left at the property, but the property manager provided us with the wifi password and our information packet the next morning. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time!

Wonderfully clean and furnished property with plenty of space. Grill and pantry were needed.

Great space, well furnished and close to amenities and beach. Wish we could have had grill and more room for food storage. Otherwise very well furnished and extremely clean. Also, great service from property management. Easy check in.

138 Grand Paviliin

We were able to book this location on fairly short notice, and were pleasantly surprised with proximity to the beach and pool, large size of the bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and convenient delivery of our bikes and beach equipment. We had everything that we needed. The only issues with the property were broken glass window in the MBR, and the carpet on the stairs was in need of cleaning or replacing. Making the reservation, checking-in, and delivery & pick-up of beach gear all went very smoothly. We would enjoy staying in this unit again.

Great area!

The house overall was great. Definitely needs some better lighting in the bathrooms and a separate switch for the bathroom fans. Horribly annoying. Other than that everything was great. I would probably arrange the tv over the mantel and move the sectional away from the windows and French doors. Would allow the other foot to open and let more natural light in. The beds were super comfortable and clean.

Cozy overall (beds were amazing)

This is our 5th girls trip and our 3rd time staying at the Grand Pavilion. The beds are soooooo comfortable and plenty of room! Be prepared to walk some stairs. I was on the top floor and by the end of the day, my watch said I’d walked 19 flights! We utilized the rental credit and was glad I brought my wagon to haul the 8 chairs and 2 umbrellas to the beach. We ended up having 2 people on crutches. With all those stairs and the fact that it wasn’t very handicap accessible to get to the pool area was challenging, but we managed. Overall, I was very pleased!

Great place

Had to evacuate on the last day due to hurricane, but greatly enjoyed our stay while there. Easy access to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants. Home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Steps from the Beach!

This beach house was beautiful and our whole family loved our stay! We had four young kids and i wanted a place with easy access to the pool and beach- this was the perfect location just steps from the Grand Pavillion pool and beach access! The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were spacious and clean. Check in was a breeze and the beachside team made themselves available for anything we needed! We would definitely stay again!
