Took my sister, nephew, a friend and her granddaughter. The condo was exactly as described. We had a wonderful time! Will definitely rent this unit again!

Great/Clean & A Little Outdated

The condo was very clean and seemed to have everything you’d need, except for in the kitchen. There were no spices or oils to cook with so we ended up having to go to the grocery store several times. The utensils in the kitchen you could also tell had lived a hard life and some were broken. The furniture was not the most comfortable things I’ve ever sat/slept on but the outdoor furniture was great! The setup was great and would definitely stay again, just would come a little more prepared in the kitchen.

Relaxing Getaway

Nice condo with an amazing view of the ocean. Comfortable seating on the outdoor patio made it a go to for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Also, great place for family to gather and relax. The layout provided for privacy as each bedroom is located on opposite sides of the condo. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Direct access to the beach and pool was a major plus too. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful View

The condo was very nice! It was a beautiful view from the balcony. The resort is beautiful! The bathroom in master suite could use some updating, but overall it was very nice place!

We will book this again

Great place for a family vacation. We liked everything about our condo, location, beach, pool. The only disappointment was the property recommendation and the so called credit of beach equipment rental from vayK. Don’t do it! There are services that setup on the beach for you every morning. The equipment from vayk is heavy—and worse the umbrellas do not stay in the ground. It is impossible to put them in deep enough. Ours flew out of the ground and hit our neighbors setup. They were gracious and helpful. When we got home we learned that a woman had been struck in the torso by a flying umbrella and died. It is not worth the risk—and it was literally a painful (blisters on hands) experience in an otherwise blissful week.

Isle of Palms - July/August 2022

This vacation was amazing! The property is so close to the beach with amazing views. Wild Dunes is a safe, gated community. It allowed for some much needed relaxation. The only negative is to be prepared for limited cell service inside the condo as well as the remainder of the property.

Condo was exactly as shown in pictures - very nice. Loved the key code for door so you don’t have to take a key every time you leave the room. Fitted sheet didn’t fit the pullout sofa. Other than that, had a great family vacation!

Fall trip

The property was located in a great area. Close to beach. Pool looked nice, but was unable to use it because of cooler weather. Only about 25 minutes to downtown Charleston.

Stay here knowing you will not be disappointed with your choice. Very nice condo in a nice, quiet area with easy access to a lovely beach and pool - neither of which are crowded. Perfect family getaway spot!

Great Family vacation spot

We had a great week at summerhouse! It’s a very family oriented complex and our condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Perfectly located near the pool and beach entrance. We loved sitting on the comfy patio furniture and just hanging out as a family!

Great condo!

This is a great little condo. Exceptionally clean and perfectly decorated for the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Agree with the earlier poster that the bathrooms could use a little updating, but everything else was great. And although all the units around us appeared to be occupied, there was very little noise. Plus very easy access to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again!
