Very cozy and close to the beach

Myself and a friend really enjoyed our stay this weekend! The house was clean, check in was easy, well stocked with pots/pans/dishes! The area was quiet and the two block walk to the beach was flat and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very clean and convenient to both the beach(2 block easy walk)and to stores. We have stayed in this house two times and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It is time for the owner to replace the old wobbly grill though. We did have a maintenance issue that came up but Island Realty quickly had a remedy and worked with us in a very professional manner. We will definitely use Island Realty in the future for our rental beach house needs.

We had a great stay at this house.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed at 910 Palm with my two adult children and their spouses for a wedding in Charleston. The house was plenty roomy and nice for us. As others mentioned, it is not newly renovated but it is certainly updated enough for a week's vacation to a beach town where no one intends to hang out in the house much anyway. (it's just as updated as the house I live in the other 51 weeks of the year). The only downside for me was that I took the front bedroom and there was no blind or curtains on the window which made it a little uncomfortable with the light turned on at night time, the blind was broken and in the closet. One very small thing that would help a renter is a few garbage bags, plastic wrap, foil, baggies etc... I really don't want to buy all of that for my short stay. Shampoo/soap are personal choices, garbage bags are not.Overall, I think the house is great and would not hesitate to rent it again

Reviewer Comments: I was very pleased with the rental house on Palm Blvd.It was very spacious with lots of areas to spread out.The kitchen had everything we needed. The coffee pot had not been cleaned from the previous user, but everything else was clean and in order. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach which was great.There was also a grocery store and a few restaurants within a few blocks. I would have appreciated a few lightweight beach chairs to take to the beach and on on-line check-in would be nice, rather than having to go to the office. But it was a great location for easy access to everything the area had to offer.

Great walking distance to the beach, shops, and food places. My family comes to Isle of Palms each year and it is our home away from home. Everyone is so friendly and the service is always great.
