This first floor, end condo is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, in cool blues and sandy neutrals! It is incredibly sunny, bright and relaxing the minute you walk through door. The fully equipped kitchen with crisp white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including fridge, dishwasher, oven/hood, and microwave will leave you wanting for nothing, and the owners made sure that you have plenty of comfortable dining space. The living room offers beautiful furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, a chair which folds out to a twin bed, flat screen TV, and access to the screened porch with partial ocean views. The peaceful master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, a flat screen, and access to the screened porch as well. The newly designed bathroom off the master is beautiful and includes a walk-in shower with a designer "Shiplap" wall. It is hardly surprising that most guests who stay in this beautiful condo, rebook the condo before they finish their vacation. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to the fabulous screened porch, which has stairs and leads you to the beach and complex pool which are both only steps away.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**
