Just two blocks from the beach and one block from the Isle of Palms Recreation Center. This resort-style home offers easy access to tennis, basketball, a baseball field, a soccer field, and a playground. With all of these amenities nearby, it's the perfect spot for a vacation of a lifetime!

ABOUT THE HOUSE
This custom 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath home with dual master bedrooms, was built by one of the island's finest builders for his personal residence. The home offers the best in island living with luxury finishes including 9+ ft call ceilings, rich mahogany doors, Australian cypress floors, granite counters and tongue and grove ceilings. This is truly a great example of Island style living.

THE GRAND AREA
The first floor is spacious with the living, dining and kitchen areas open and perfect for the vacationing family. The kitchen has a large center island with lots of counter space and room for four at the raised bar. Dual ovens, built in microwave and cooktop are positioned to make cooking a breeze. The appliance package has stainless finishes and there is ample refrigeration for your family's needs, including a second beverage refrigerator on the lowest level. Your kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, electric tea pot and Kitchen-Aid stand-mixer. A large panty rounds out the kitchen amenities. Just off the kitchen, the dining area is defined by the rich tongue and grove stained ceiling, and a large dining table with seating for 10. Relaxation is easy in the family area with 2022 extra=large extra-deep Stephen Shell sectional seating. The focal point of the room is a built-in that frames the 75-inch Samsung Smart TV. There's room for the whole family on movie night. Just off the family room is a beautiful office space for any quiet and busy work, that includes a cell phone charging area. This makes for a perfect vacation getaway.

FIRST FLOOR CAROLINA PORCH
Access to outside living is provided through one of three French doors to the oversized 11 by 26 ft screened porch. The porch is an extension of the family room with a comfortable wicker sectional sofa with seating that overlooks the inviting oasis pool area. The porch features a 2022 Caribbean style 7 ft billiards table. There is even a flat screen 65 inch smart tv mounted on the wall. This space overlooks the pool and well landscaped backyard.

FIRST FLOOR PRIMARY BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE
A spacious first floor primary bedroom is conveniently located off the kitchen. The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large closet, en-suite bath and private access to the front porch with wooden swing, and fan. Relax in your private retreat which features a smart TV. The bath features tile floors, granite topped vanity and a tub/shower.

GOING FLOOR TO FLOOR
The staircase leading to the second floor is grand! Custom iron spindles make the staircase a show place. Of course you can always use the elevator.

2nd FLOOR PRIMARY MASTER
The second floor primary master features a king sized bed, 2022 58” Samsung smart TV, ensuite, Carolina porch with Charleston swing, and access to the 2nd floor sun deck and fan, Outfitted with a large king size bed, The master suite is truly a refuge. Designed with the coast in mind, the master offers tray ceilings with plentiful moldings, large walk in closet and 2022 58” Smart TV. Luxury bath amenities include dual granite topped vanities, tile floors, jetted soaking tub and large walk in glass shower. Private access to the oversized Carolina screened porch makes this suite even sweeter.

2nd FLOOR BEDROOM #3
The 3rd bedroom features a king bed, desk/chair, smart TV, ceiling fan and large closet.

2ND FLOOR BEDROOM #4.
The fourth bedroom features two full sized beds, smart TV, ceiling fan, large picture window and full closet. Both guest rooms #3 and #4, share a large bathroom with dual vanities and combined tub/shower.

2ND Floor Bedroom #5
This Fifth bedroom features one King sized bed and Smart TV. This bedroom overlooks the beautiful outdoor pool. Bedroom features its own bathroom with a beautiful standing shower.

OUTDOOR OASIS
Now for the fun! The pool is amazing. A shallow pool for young children leads to the deeper section and the pool is wrapped with a sitting ledge and spa jets around the deep end. A hot tub is located on the pool deck for even more relaxation. The pool may be heated for an additional fee. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures. Watch your favorite movies or catch up on the news on your outdoor TV, conveniently positioned at the hot tub. A lush landscaped fenced back yard creates this area a tropical oasis and features a putting green for the golf enthusiast! Challenge the kids to an epic tournament at your outdoor ping pong table, Don't forget to enjoy the outdoor shower to freshen up after the beach.
