This lovely two-bedroom, two-bath first floor condo is perfectly situated on the Isle of Palms strip in Oceanside Villas, across the street from the beach. Just renovated with a modern, neat, and clean vibe, this Isle of Palms rental is a real-life vacation fantasy! Your stay includes access to a community pool, a private pier, community washers and dryers, and free parking for one vehicle, eliminating the hassle of finding beach parking. The pool is conveniently located right outside your balcony, allowing you to watch your kids while relaxing indoors.

The Isle of Palms strip boasts a variety of restaurants, shops, ice cream spots, and bars, making it easy to enjoy your stay without needing to drive. A grocery store is within walking distance, although you may prefer driving for the convenience of carrying groceries. This fully furnished unit is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, as well as linens and towels (one per guest). Take advantage of the nearby Wild Dunes community to play at their renowned golf courses.

Additional Details:

No washer/dryer inside the unit; community facilities are available in the sister complex across the street and accept coins or an app payment.
No smoking or pets allowed.
The condo is in an elevated building with no elevator. Located on the first floor, it requires climbing seven steps to access.
Beach towels and chairs are not provided.

Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 1 vehicles can be parked at this property.

✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Shipyard. We loved the location to be able to easily get to the park, walk to the beach and dining. The unit is fairly small but everything was clean and they were very accommodating. Would absolutely book again.

This is our 1st VRBO and 1st visit to IOP. Check in super easy. The place was everything it said in the listing. Short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. My family definitely wants to come back to IOP. And I would definitely stay here again. Having parking pass is also a game changer The only recommendation I would make is when I am on vacation i like to sleep in. So black out curtains would be nice. Also the mattresses in both rooms could have been more comfortable.

The condo was a great fit for the two of us, just the right amount of room. The location is perfect with close, easy access to the beach and a short walk to the restaurants, but far enough away that you don't hear all the noise. Also, it's an easy drive into Mt Pleasant and the Shem's Creek restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Was in town for a baseball tournament and found this property ideal for our needs. 1 min walk to the beach, 5min walk from the grocery store, 5-10 from most of the popular restaurants in Isle of Palms (IOP) . 20 min drive to Shipyard park. The location is great for driving in and out of IOP, and Charleston is about 30 min drive away. My only reccomendation would be to buy some cheap pans if you plan on doing any basic cooking. Pool is decent, area is quiet (the closer you get to the windjammer on the beach the more party you start to hear). Overall I give this place a 5/5 as it exceeded my expectations.

Perfect location for our stay. Right across the street from beach access. We were a little concerned about the possibility of noise at night with some of the restaurants so close, but had no problems with that. Only issue were the group in the unit upstairs. They were a bit noisy late into the night. Unit was very clean and well stocked, although we really didn’t do any cooking. Overall, would stay here again if in the area.

Stayed at this nice condo just off the beach at Isle of Palms. The place was exactly as advertised; the management was very accommodating in providing an early check-in. We didn't use the pools or other amenities but did go to the lovely public park next door as well as cutting through the adjacent property to the private beach (as recommended). I would stay here again.

The location is great! Being a short walk to the beach and restaurants is perfect! The water wouldn’t get hot in the bathroom sink or cold in the kitchen but minor things that weren’t deal breaker! Patio was right off the pool. Would definitely stay again!
