Great family reunion trip

We had a wonderful time and the house was setup perfectly for 5 families, 4 bunk bed aged kids and 1 3 year old. The private pool was a huge hit and the walk to the beach was perfect!

The home was large and at one time was nice, but this home is in need of much work. The windows need to be replaced as you can't see out of them, the wood floor needs replaced. This house is in need of much repair. The pool deck is poor shape and the pool was terribly dirty when we arrived. Not worth what we paid for the stay.

VTC 40th Deltaversary

In celebration of our 40th Deltaversary, Villa Del Mare was a perfect setting for our group. Plenty of sleeping space and conversation seating areas, as well as the beautiful layout of the house and the property. We were only steps away from the beach. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Amazing family vacation

We are large family: parents, 4 grown kids, their spouses, their 10 children- 8yrs to 2 months. This house has bedrooms, big bunk room, large closets which house pack and plays and several living spaces. It was perfect for us. Maintenance was quick to respond to minor issues we had. Overall best IOP experience we’ve had in years.

Fantastic Family Reunion

The house was perfect for a large group of people. Super clean. Very large bedrooms which allowed privacy when you wanted to be away from the group. Multiple gathering areas for several people. Proximity to the beach is great, especially for those who enjoy the early morning or late evening strolls on the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever you want. We will definitely book this again if we return to this area with a large group.

The property though clean could use some much-needed updates the windows were really dirty but being located on the beach I can understand the sea salt the management company was very very helpful very attentive exclusive real estate

Family reunion

I rented this property for my grandmother's birthday and brought the family together. It was a wonderful stay. The description of the property was excellent. The property management company was very thorough. We were even able to see the fireworks from the rooftop. The pool was fantastic, there was privacy but still had sunshine. The outdoor patio area was refreshing when sun was too much. The water was warm. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Would highly recommend.

Perfect family home

We stayed at this beautiful home during school vacation. We had lots of adults and kids (even infants), and there was plenty of room, and privacy, for all. The house is well kept with many amenities. The management company that handles your stay provides excellent service. Any issues are addressed immediately, and they can coordinate many additional services. Only downside of the home is that the pool is not heated, which is more of an issue for the adults than the kids! You will not be disappointed with this home! We can't wait to stay there again.

Property and location were nice. Property manager and property owner both made appearances without any notice. Charged for any extras; heat for hot tub, towels, etc. For the price we paid we were definitely expecting a much better experience.

Very close to the beach. That was nice. House equipped well. Overall condition of house including outdoors is not good. Needs lots of work. Photos especially at pool area must be 10 years old. Overall was disappointed for the price. Would not rent again.

The property has a lot of potential however, with the price charged for it, proper cleaning, ensuring that it was prepared for guests should have been taken. There were ants in the house, the patio furniture was stained and unusable. No extra blankets or sheets.

My Favorite Family Beach Vacation

Took my whole family, my brothers family and my sister in law's family and stayed at this lovely home on the Isle of Palms near Charleston, South Carolina. This immaculately kept 8 bedroom home was like a dream. We were within walking distance from the beach and the views from the bedrooms were amazing. The beach here is like being in the Bahamas except you are in the US(yeah!!). The house was well appointed and very comfortable and livable. The kitchen had everything that was needed to prepare a gourmet meal. The Isle of Palms is close to Sullivan's Island, Mount Pleasant, and Charleston, South Carolina. If you are a history buff there is so much here to visit and absorb. Charleston also has amazing cuisine. One week is just not enough time, so were are coming back next year!!! Thank you for your hospitality.
