「It was our first time trying out a self catering apartment, and we really enjoyed the two nights there. Clean, spacious, it has almost everything you need, except for a laundry machine and shower gel /shampoo. Hazel (the family dog) was super friendly, and the sunset views were ridiculously gorgeous. Applecross is a tad remote, so come prepared with all the food supplies you need. 」

「Amazing. Comfortable and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Loved the big soaker tub and shower. Heated towel racks were great. The views were fabulous. Easy access to Isle of Skye. Did a day trip to Loch Ness. Directions and instructions for arrival were great! We were challenged to operate the oven because the “labels” are faded and we don’t know the symbols (easy fix with a permanent marker). We had a 9 passenger van. 「Our stay was wonderful overall. Loved the remote location. All we saw or heard were the sheep and cows. The walk to Rubha Hunish was great. Another review mentioned that it feels like the end of the world, and it really does. It was nice to talk to Alan the Crofter and pet his family of collies as well. 」
