"Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed."

"Overall we would recommend this place. Its a cute vintage studio. Its tough to find a place that allows our three big dogs so this was a wonderful find. In the summer this would be a perfect little beach getaway. I do wish I had known this was an upstairs studio. Its only a consideration because our smallest big dog tends to go up and down like a wrecking ball and we'd rather not disturb others. "Me and my family enjoyed our beach stay. There was a beach in walking distance to the house, a playground and also a store. We drove to Virginia Beach for one day which was about a 30 minute drive. We enjoyed the beach in the back of the house more. The host responds quick when asked questions. I would recommend and will be staying next summer again with my family. "
