“I didn’t even make it five minutes before I was back at the front desk asking for a refund. The moment I opened the door to my room, it was immediately clear that no amount of sleep deprivation could make this acceptable. The condition of the room was genuinely shocking — not in a “budget hotel, manage your expectations” way, but in a “this should not be rented to human beings” way. “For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her. “Do NOT spend your money here, it’s literally a roach/insect motel.. Rooms were filthy, ran down, needed to be remolded, no real amenities, lights did not work, dead bugs Everywhere !!! Staff acted oblivious to how the hotel looked.. Then when requested for a refund, manager denied it !!! Bad for business, do not waste your time here… Highly disappointed !!! NEVER coming back !!!”
