"We have nothing but good things to say! The staff is incredible. We had a terrible accident on our way to the hotel that left my daughter unable to walk and the staff did everything possible to to make our stay wonderful! The location is perfect! "Excellent location in Riomaggiore, highly recommend for Cinque Terre stay! However make sure you can walk/carry suitcase as Riomaggiore is very stair and elevation heavy, and for the view of the room (which is incredible) you will have to go up some stairs!"

"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages"
